Ali Nooshin, CPA, CMA, MBA, CFA, FRM

Ali Nooshin became the president of Cross Street Professional Corporation in 2026. He is also the Founder of Nooshin Professional Corporation, which is a boutique accounting firm in Toronto.

Ali brings a wealth of experience from his roles as a former hedge fund professional and finance leader at Livingston International and Deloitte Canada. With extensive expertise in corporate and investment finance, he empowers small firms with accounting and financial knowledge typically reserved for larger entities.

As a former Canadian Forces marine engineer, Ali possesses a unique blend of skills in technology, finance, accounting, and risk management. His career has spanned from advising boutique hedge funds on risk and investment strategies to guiding multinational companies on taxes, profitability, and budgeting. In 2018, Ali founded Nooshin Professional Corporation, a modern, technology-focused firm dedicated to bookkeeping, tax filing, and advisory services, exclusively for small to medium-sized businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, and Financial Risk Manager. Ali is also a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
